Sizzle

Sizzle is the first puppy I have bought in to Itzapromise in 10 years, she was bred in Denmark but her sire is Italian. I have followed her Mum, who belongs to a friend, for several years and just knew that a puppy from her would work well for me. Her pedigree is different from many apricots in the UK but there are some English dogs further back, including Tiffany and Eliza's grandsire, so for me it's nice to have that connection.

Sizzle (so named after Danish bacon) has only been here a few days so this page will be properly updated in the next few months when I know her better, but first impressions are so positive. After 36 hours on the road, travelling without the company she had had from her siblings all her life and with a complete stranger, she happily jumped out of the couriers van and bounced over to introduce herself to me.

She is incredibly confident and has integrated herself with my gang as if she was born here. The next few weeks we will spend forming a proper bond with some basic training working on a one to one basis, but she has already been to the beach with her new family and had a great time.
